How It Works
1. Monthly Live Webinar
A 60–90 minute conversation where leaders open up about their journeys, failures, and wins.
- Guest speakers: entrepreneurs, pastors, policymakers, innovators.
- Hosted by SLC moderators.
- Open to members and the wider public (with free registration).
2. Podcast Edition
Every webinar is recorded and transformed into the Leadership Circles Podcast.
- Accessible on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
- Extends the conversation beyond the live room.
- Ensures the wisdom shared reaches leaders across the continent and beyond.
3. Circle Breakouts
For members who want to go deeper, curated circles of 8–12 people meet virtually or physically to:
